Ordered a McGriddle - how they were able to make it crunchy and stale is beyond my comprehension. Worst McDonalds I've been to... and I've been to a lot since my 3 girls only want McDonalds. I love McDonald's I go to McDonald's many times in a week this one is not a bad one you know food is food at McDonald's it's... going to taste the same wherever you go for the most part from McDonald's to McDonald's this one's clean the restrooms are notvery nice they're usually not in the best shape either not extraordinarily dirty but very messy parking is a little cramped andthe service is very fast and the people are friendly. this is a much better option than the one over on falcon ridge drive don'tbuy even bother going over there you'll never get waited on unless you're in a car this place they will wait on you theyacknowledge that you're there and you get service so clear winner between the two Read more
I am a truck driver. Stood there the only customer to order for about 5 mins. Workers looked at me multiple times and did not... acknowledge me or say anything. They just dealt with the drive thru only. Horrible customer service. Did not even get to eatbecause I did not have time to wait. Read more
The service is quick. Employees are friendly. The food is hardly ever worth it. I only go when I have screaming toddlers who... want cold nuggets for lunch. I can always count on mcdonalds to not have it hot lol. I'd love it if they went back to cooking byorder but then again who can predict the customer flow. I generally dont write reviews but i feel compelled to write this but this location has an issue where durring busy nights it... only has its drive through opened and the on most nights it takes somewhere like 10 minutes or more to move one car lengthforward not only does it go slow but i put an online order for 2 delux double quarter with cheese but instead they gave me 2delux quarter pounders and not what i ordered and i wish i can say this is the first time its happened but it is not the firsttime its happened at this specific mcdonalds Read more
Inside service ans trash. I hate the whole kiosk idea and they are cumbersome and wouldn't accept my payment. Just wanted to... order at the register but not a single person would even look at me. Drive through seemed awesome but my truck can't fit in adrive throw. Read more
Usually I don't have a problem when I am in town late at night and the only thing close and open is McDonald's. However tonight... they nuggets smell like absolute garbage. Like they were dropped in last months oil. Transferred across the floor and re flashfried 4 times. Stiff, broken up. Horrible. Read more
The whole reason we stopped at McDonald's was for the play place, but it was closed -so that was severely disappointing. The... facility, was clean and the staff were very nice a friendly. So, really the manager needs to get on the ball and get the playplace up and open. Read more
