The manager gal (Jaylean) was very sweet and helpful. She greated everyone with a smile. For once in my life, I had subway... bread that was soft and not overcooked hard and dry. Too bad all your restaurants dint cook bread like this. Please give kudosto her. Read more

HORRIBLE service! Twice now I have gone to this location and received despicable service. Person preparing my families... sandwiches argues with us when they make the sandwich wrong, tells us we have to pay for the wrong sandwich even tho its wrongand not what we ordered. Speaking with management does no good. They argue as well, blame us because their employee did ahorrible job and provided horrible customer service. Second visit, refusal to make the sandwiches with anything extra even thowe offer to pay any extra toppings (says quality control) . Argues about microwaving bacon, says toasting is fine. Continuouslyargues, claims she can't microwave because the microwave is being used. Read more

Worst service and even worst experience. ATTN MANAGEMENT: Check your google reviews. Our experience took place on 09/24/19 @... 3:45ish There were 2 employees, 1 female and 1 male. The did not welcome any customers in, including myself. The person who wasmaking my food did not say 1 thing to me. Just made the sliders and did not ask me if there was anything else I wanted on eitherslider. I had to stop her to tell her I would like extra of an ingredient... still no communication or anything. This placeslevel of service is about a 1 out of 10 realistically. Management, get a hold of your team and fix this asap. Service washorrible, it was like ordering from zombies and they made customers feel like we were bothering them if we DID ask forsomething. Read more

I arrived at 1:40pm today three people ahead of me, it was bad enough the old guy was having problems understand what went on a... subway, but then I had two other customers who could not make up their either. While waiting for sandwich to be made Merle whowas making the sandwich, happened to sneeze in his arm near the glove he was wearing. I not only noticed this but several othercustomers did as well. I started complaining out loud that he needed to go wash his hands, he acted like he was not hearing us,and he handled an avocado after this and started preparing other sandwiches. When he finally listened he took off gloves andwent back to the back room, supposedly to wash his hands. I also notice Maria sneeze in her hand and handling sandwiches, sheput a glove on to handle the sandwiches, We all left not purchasing a sandwich, I was there a good 20 minutes. This is notgood food handling practices, I would never recommend this place to anyone, no care in the world and very slow. I will bereporting this to the health department on Monday.
