I arrived here 5 minutes till 10:00 to try Taco Bell breakfast the signs on the building say breakfast is served till 11:00 when... I arrived I was told to use the kiosk as I search for the breakfast menu I could not find it when I asked where it was they toldme that they're out of breakfast the lady standing next to me was able to order breakfast 30 seconds prior it is a bitfrustrating but I don't find myself returning to this location Read more
Hated it. The lady was rude, tried to charge us for a large but give ys a small, didn't offer any hot sauce, and the food was... unusually bland and the drink tasted dirty. Never goin back again Read more
Asked 3 times for senior discount. Girl at drive up window heard me all 3 times and ignored me. Her reaction shaking her head... let me know she was not going to apply the discount but would not verbally tell me why. I have an ID if she wants to check. Itisn't the few cents I would have saved but the sheer ignorance that was a bother. I realize good help is hard to find thesedays but management needs to step up and train their help to be respectful at least. Read more
Idk who your drive thru girl is but she needs to be fired!!! We ordered a red and a blue freeze drink and some food. We pulled... up to the drive through window and were given a red and mango drink. My husband nicely said that we didn't order mango. The girltold him what he ordered wasn't available so they substituted the drink. He tasted it and said he was sorry but he didn't likethat and we didn't order that, could we get another red one instead, since they didn't have blue? She told him too bad bc hetook the mango so he had to keep it and pay for it. She forced him to take it. She is African American and the rudest personI've ever seen in my life. We have it on video. I'm from the Midwest and just driving through Vegas. Gotta say this is the best Taco Bell I've ever had. Food was prepared... nicely and not thrown together, staff was incredibly nice, and restaurant was clean inside. Staff member Josh was a nice, chillperson. Read more
Dining room closed, and wouldn't let us order togo considering we were towing a trailer. Kept telling us to go through the drive... through. They would not make an exception. My truck and trailer would not fit through the drive through. All we wanted to dowas order and take it with us. We were willing to even wait outside. We stopped in to grab something to eat. We were greeted by a lady Named Kathy. She was so kind, positive and happy that it truly... made us feel glad we stopped in. She kept checking on folks in the dining room to see how they were doing. Now this is the kindof employees that businesses need. Please tell her how much we appreciated her great attitude.
