NEW management, they have hand written signs posted on the door. This place was probably the best on Customer service and ... the cleanest 7 eleven I've ever been into. But NOW I will drive 15 minutes further be for I enter. And it's not the handwritten paper signs it's the lack of that once was professionalism, WHAT HAPPEN TO IT?. Read more
This place is Awesome they always make sure the Colombian coffee is Super Awesome hot and ready to go! I have never had a bad... experience at this 7-Eleven it's always been very Super Awesomeness ! Finally..... their customer service is Awesome andthey're always polite and courteous to the customer! 7-Eleven at the location should be nominated as store of the year evenstore of the decade! I bought a half gallon of milk there. It was spoiled although the expiration date was a couple of days out. I took it back and... they told me they wouldn't take it back because I didn't have a receipt. She said this without even asking if I had a receipt.The reason I didn't have a receipt and probably the reason she knew I didn't have one is because they never offer you a receipt.Then she insisted because it was already opened it wasn't their problem. I was shocked. I would warn people to beware of thisparticular store. I have usually had good experiences at 7 11, but I won't go back to this one. Read more
Walked into purchase product last night. The lady working the first register was having conversation with people and left the... other lady working on her with customers lining up. I shop here as well as get gas often and I have noticed now on four different occasions that the cashiers will be on the phone... when ringing. I can over look that as long as you service me right however I?m not sure why but they will not follow pursuit ofline when ringing and take people that are way in the back of the line over me. I am the nicest person and usually I turn theother cheek but it?s consistent. I am a caretaker and time is critical they pick certain individuals and would ring them likerace selecting. You would think since they are black they would know the feeling of when you take someone over anotherespecially when you are standing in line for a while and just go to another person however to many times. They are stuck back inthe day and have now lost my buisness. That?s 260$ I will give Tomb Thumb now each month. The guys I never had a problem onlywith the two black women. Read more
The manager Marilyn is very rude and doesn't have any customer service skills at all! I'm surprised she is a manager! She is... rude to customers and the employees in front of the customers. Bad for business. The store is dirty and hardly stocked properlyaround the fountain drink and coffee areas. Read more
