Half priced apps were very good. The cooks tonight did an amazing job. It was some of the best Applebees that I?ve ever had. Our... server Alaysha was phenomenal. Poor management!!!! Waited at the front entrance for awhile before anyone acknowledged my husband and I ?.. When we were finally... seated a table of young girls were allowed to sing out loud and yell across the restaurant almost the entire time we were there.Received my frozen margarita almost a hr after ordering it. Once it came out it literally tasted like straight frozen ice, notaste! And the food was horrible?.. I then sent the drink back and I ordered a glass of wine that I didn?t get until after weasked for the check! My server a younger guy was nice an apologized knowing himself our service was horrible. This place right here is the worst restaurant I've been to! The place is so messy! Over-priced food. Wings are so greasy I only... ate 3. They charged my card 4xs I had to call my bank in regards to the issue and fix it! The waiter was nice and had greatcustomer service. Other than zero stars. Run, this place is ghetto and dirty. On our visit, they were having a staff shortage with only 2 servers on site. They did an awesome job, although the wait time... was a little bit of an issue. The 2 for $25 deal is a great value and inexpensive lunch. The grilled chicken in the orientalsalad was the best! The burger and fries was good. Read more
Customer Service is crucial for any business but especially in restaurant business/industry. With that being said let me just... say the wait staff at this location was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a hostess or greeter at the front so the bartenderseated us, we were close to the kitchen area and he asked some of the waitresses, which was about 2 or 3 of them, standingaround if they would wait on us. They all said no, so he took our drink order and the food order for the small children with us.This just didn't sit right with me. So, we decided to leave, asked for the check and to speak with the manager. Spoke to themanager, informed her about what happened, she apologized asked if we washed to be relocated to another area. We kindlydeclined, asked for the check, paid for our drinks and left. I have never experienced anything like this to my face. I am notgoing to beg you to serve me and will not tolerate being disrespected. I've worked in a restaurant before so, I know how it isbut their behavior was not only rude but it cost the company money and future customers. Read more
Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Host took the longest to come and seat us, wasn?t friendly in any type of manner. After seating us... it took the server 20 mins to come and get our drink order. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer and they came out fairlyquickly, he checked on us 1x in 30 mins with NOT one other table in his section. Meanwhile Calvin (the rude host) was bussingtables and very loudly talking on the phone with the mother of his child telling her about herself and of course usingprofanity. I get it?it?s 10pm on a Sat night, the bar is popping and staffing shortages are across the nation but c?monseriously, you needed everyone in the place knowing your personal business? I think not. Our table (party of 4) had a total of 6drinks (5 from the bar, 1 lemonade) we literally saw our waiter a total of 5 times in a total of 2 hours, he wasn?t rude at alljust seemed occupied with other things. Management should really have a team meeting about proper etiquette while at workbecause tonight was not it. Read more
