Most disgusting place I?ve been to the mini dogs were so burnt and raw it was my first time eating here never again!

Asked to order a small pretzel bites, one salted and one sugar. I was told no that they only had large, small orders were... considered ?special order? and take 15 minutes. This was also stated to several customers ahead of me. We asked them to simplypour the larges into small cups and they said no. When I agreed to wait I watched them make every type of pretzel other thatwhat we ordered and play on their phones. This place is a joke. Hopefully the franchise owner sees this and cares enough toteach the employees to not try to rip people off and just do the job correctly. Read more

When placing my order the cashier informed that it would only take 7 minutes for a fresh pretzel being that they were out at the... moment. I witnessed the employees engage in conversation with each other, make jokes, all while I was still waiting for myfood. I waited on my order for over 15 minutes before finally approaching the counter again when the cashier pretended like shedid not remember me. I proceeded to ask for a refund. She asked why. I said I?ve been waiting for over 15 minutes for my pretzeland she proceeded to tell me that it was ready but no one informed me. I ended up leaving the store with no food and a refundafter over a 15 minute wait. I will not return. Read more
It?s a nice place and the people working there are nice as well, but it can take quite sometime to receive your food, as they... sometimes run out. This has happened to me more than two times, I have had to wait more than 10 minutes just to receive them,but it?s alright! Overall it?s great, I just wished it took less time that?s all. Read more
Who ever was working today had very very poor customer service. I went up to the counter, young guy walked away to the back... without even speaking. I guess he didn't want to serve me. So a young lady who was on her phone continued to be on it until sherealized that the young man wasn't returning At first her service was okay, but she hands me an old burnt pretzel. I went towalk away but immediately returned when I noticed it was unedible. I didn't even take a bite. I asked for one that was fresh,and she said they can't do that. So I requested a refund. The guy from the back then returns and proceeds to give me a refund. Isaid thank you and both just stood there. It baffles me how these places just hire anyone. Read more
