the service here is amazing. The overnight manager(samijae) is also very respectful. overnight employee Akeeland is also very... nice and respectful. they both made sure my food was fresh without me asking.overall my experience here was great 10/10 wouldrecommend. also be respectful to the employees and maybe y'all would have better experiences here... Don't come here thinking that the place is actually open 24 hours as advertised, because it's not. I just spent 15 minutes... idling in the drive through lane, after being told that they were closed but they they were still serving for Uber drivers,waiting for the car in front of me to leave so I could leave. This is after going to 2 other BK locations that also advertiseas open 24 hours, and finding them closed. I'm never going to a BK again, it's not worth the trouble. Read more

If I could have gave 0 stars I would have! Went inside and ordered and the food wasn't hot or fresh. Everything was cold and... nasty. Fries wasn't cooked all the way. Tried to order chicken nuggets and they told us they were cold and wasn't going to cookanymore. Went to restroom and it was very disgusting! Crew wasn't doing nothing but playing around and the place was filthy andno reason to be bec a use they were slow and maybe 2 or 3 customers the whole time we were there. I'll never go back there and Itook pics and I'm taking them to the Health Department! It wasn't the day shift it was the evening shift. I was there around8pm. Read more
We stopped in for a quick bite. Young Lady at register was nice. Used coupon, it was ok. The ice machine completely empty, young... gentleman put ice in our cups from the drive through side. Late night at this location, is hard to get someone to take your order when it's supposed to be open, all lights on no one tells... you they are closed or rebooting, you can sit it the drive through forever then you just wind up leaving when no one responds,happens all the time here Read more
