The bread on the Jr. Whoppers are always dry and old and always more bread than burger or veggies. Nor do the burgers EVER look... like ANY advertising. Also seems as though that when you use a coupon...the food isn't fresh. They mix old fries and chickenfries with very little fresh fries and chicken fries. It's just really unfair how these places treat their customers. I justwouldn't do people like that so to be done in such ways is a disappointment in humanity and their Integrity. Read more
Two different voices came on the intercom and straight up lied saying they were closed. They then took the person?s order behind... me along with several other cars while I was stuck behind and in front of other cars being served. So had received an advertisement for a Bacon Double Cheeseburger or Rodeo Burger with small fry and chicken fries for $6. Took... the ad with me to show them. The manager on duty at 7:30 p.m. in July 7, 2022, is awful on customer service. If she isn?t happy with her position in customer... service she should most likely look to find a job that doesn?t require her to work with other people. Custodial work orlandscaping. But to project negativity within an organization is not becoming. To the magnitude she is not a good problem solversays a lot about her lack of education.
