I was sitting in their dining room a couple of weeks back. An employee wants to get in through a door they keep as exit only,... and is nodding at me to get up and walk and open the door for him. I nod back to him to go around (I tried to open that samedoor earlier and I had to walk around myself after all). He gets in eventually and is asking for an explanation of why I didn'topen the door for him since "it's crazy hot outside", and what am I doing in the dining room anyway. At which point I go toorder something only to be called an a*****e. That is someone who works there, and so you might be thinking he must be 70,overweight, carrying the oxygen tank. I went through drive thru and asked for 3 orders of chicken nuggets. I was told that it was going to take a few minutes to get... these ready and was encouraged to order something else. I asked what the wait time was for the nuggets. This time I was toldit was going to be a "while". I asked what this meant and he said he didn't know adding that they may not even have any morenuggets. Why he didn't tell me this from the beginning is beyond me. We had a really great experience today! Our order was correct, and tasted perfect!! We had a big order! The two ladies in the... front were very nice and had amazing customer service. Only reason I gave a 2 was because my food was fresh and hot. Otherwise, the guy at the window needs to be replaced or retrained... on providing good customer service. Placed an online order & selected ?drive-thru? pulled up to the speaker & told them I wasthere for an online order pick up. When I got to the window, I was told by the rude guy cashier that I had to come and pick upmy order INSIDE the store. Made absolutely NO sense whatsoever. If I wanted to pick it up inside I would?ve selected ?carry out? but for some reason he was so hostile and refused to give me my PAID order through the drive through. Waited inside in a linefor 15 minutes when this could?ve easily been resolved. Read more

AMAZING EXPERIENCE Went to Burger King earlier today after going to the nearby rio, we had just formed in the drive thru when... we spotted a worker speaking with all the cars(and bikes) in the lane, we were last in the line, he came up to our window as Iwas rolling it down. I was expecting?sorry we are out of meat?. Or something of the sort, when he politely informed me, that hewas quitting, and would sadly not be able to make our order. We thanked him for the heads up as we pulled out the drive thru. Inthe end we decided on getting some taco-bell next door. But this truly will not be an easily forgettable experience, so, to theyoung man working the while shift by himself wi th no help, I send the best of luck your way, as our day has become the slightmore interesting, yours truly random mom with two kids.
