I've always loved Captain D's but haven't had them I years cause there aren't many in Dallas. I was not a bit disappointed as... always. There fish is always hot and fresh, hushpuppies are some of the best. Service was fairly fast and my food was deliciousand my order was correct. The young lady working the drive thru was very friendly even when my toddler woke up wanting to addsomething to drink at the window.. Im not sure what type of fruit punch they have but it is DELICIOUS..Keep up the great workand I can't wait to visit again. Read more
Limited food options that deliver to Schneider in Wilmer, got extremely lucky with this one!! Door dash order came fast and... accurate!! 10 stars!! Pictured is the catfish feast w/ green beans, broccoli, and coleslaw. Add ons of 2 shrimp skewers and 2corn on cobs with hot sauce, malt vinegar, and butter. 1st time ever stopping and eating at this establishment. I was very satisfied with the customer service from the young lady who... greeted me with a friendly smile and took my order. We don't live near a Captain D's or any fish place that we enjoy so anytime we want fish and shrimp we make the 90 minute drive... to Balch Springs. We enjoy the nice employees and the food is always fresh. My only complaint this trip was the fish batter wasvery gooey on the inside. Next time I'll ask for well cooked batter. The prices are still so reasonable so we both ate biggerplatters. A well spent $20 for dinner. Read more

This is the best fried fish and fries I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Everything was cooked perfectly. The dining room... was clean. A manager walked through, checking to make sure people's food was good. Before we left, another employee stopped byand bussed our table. Excellent! Read more
This Store is the best we ever ate at. We live over 39 miles from it. Anytime we in area we go there. We been coming to yours... store for years. This lunch was kinda our Birthday tradition we try to do lunch as much as possible near both our Birthday. Mine the 12th wife's birthday 15th. Read more
