The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star is because my food was not placed in a bag and the price given is assuming you are... paying with credit card. If there is a higher fee for using a credit card then it needs to be communicated at the orderingprocess on shown on the menu board. Give your patrons the option to pay in cash or credit card. This is the last time I take my family or friends here to this location. 3 reasons: 1. Normally it is okay to exchange a second... side for the drink. This visit, that was no longer an option. OK. 2. I asked for green beans, received fries. OK. 3. Thislocation now charges a 3% charge for all card use. This is straight theft on the franchises part against the customer. Thecustomer didn't choose to renovate the location. The franchise did. Passing that cost onto the customers which have kept thisestablishment afloat for years is a crime against humanity. One i won't stand for and one i don't think the customers of anyestablishment should stand for because it's 3% now and tomorrow it's 5%. Where do we draw the line. We draw it here. Okra was over-cooked a lil bit. I tried the fish for the first time. It tastes better than it looks and decent for the price.... Customer service could've been better, but maybe the server had a long day... who knows. They are next door to Golden Chick andcan see why their line is longer now. This is really a 2.5 rating, but the tea boosted them up to a 3. I'd go back for the sweettea. Read more
