The most unprofessional staff I?ve seen at Chipotle. I was in line to order and a bunch of kids were just talking to each other... and the one serving food cursing and yelling. None one them welcomed me, which is normal for Chipotle, and didn?t even asked meif I was ready to order or what not. Waited a minute or so and since no one acknowledged me I just walked out. Unbelievable. Whoever the general manager or assistant of manager is needs to retrain their employees. Customer service iswhat matter most for the success of a business. So disappointed. I usually have a good experience here but today I placed a to go order while I was in the restaurant eating. My... son got the kids quesadilla and wanted another quesadilla. I placed the order and it was ready in 10 minutes. I grabbed it anddecided we should finish our meal at home. At home, when he opened the package he said YUCK. This Chipotle location on Town East Boulevard is in desperate need of service and cleanliness improvements. By far, the dirtiest... Chipotle I?ve ever been to. The lines are long and the food preppers are slow. The dining room is filthy and so is thecondiments and soft drinks area. The food area where all the ingredients are is very much dirty and not appetizing. I?m surethey have staffing shortages because we didn?t see many people working there. I love chipotle and theirs food however I am going to give a bad review because I care about this place, hoping that they can... address their issues. The line today was about a half a mile long, took about 35 minutes to get a burrito, which I think is ridiculousfor a fast food place. When I got to the counter I noticed there was plenty of food except the person doing the burritos wasstruggling he seemed like she was fairly new and lack of experience was obvious..The countertop was messy with a combination ofall kinds of food. Lots of tables available but they were all dirty, ice machine filthy, very little silverware no napkins inthe Station. I?m not blaming the employees as everyone is nice here, this is a poor management issue. You guys charge plenty ofmoney for rice and beans you should Be making enough profit to train people well, and keep the place clean for everybody,regardless of the situation I just don?t think people deserve this kind a mess. Horrible service, this is the second time I order on the app and my bowl is almost empty. I had ordered extra rice and beans and... they barely put any beans on it. It only had a few pieces of chicken. Food is great. Can't complain about anything. Usually, you get a good amount of meat on there as well as guacamole, and of... course, the food tastes great. Restaurant crew are really friendly and cooperative and are quick to finish orders. The tablesare also constantly cleaned and the place seems organized. Long lines usually don't take that much time even if they do seemintimidating. The restaurant crew are fluid in doing what they do. Would recommend going here.
