My meal had a hair!! Then for the price I'm paying I always come here and buy but this time it was a huge disappointment!!
I ordered a chicken taco and was charged for a beef taco. I asked the person at the window if the price was correct he said yes.... When I made it home I had a chicken taco. I feel cheated out of my money. Honesty goes a long way and my receipt said thecashier was the manager. I called back an of course no one answered. Check your food before you leave the drive thru. Ordered two meat plates through Ubereats and didn't receive one of my orders. Called the driver and he was no help, I called the... manager of the restaurant and he acted as if the order was no longer in the computer, he hung up on my husband and I twice. I amdisappointed and disgusted. I love Dickey's and have never had an experience like this with them. Hope you all do better nexttime. Read more
The brisket is very good, and most of the time the sides are very good. However, be mindful of the drive-thru. It is not great... for the alignment or shocks. Additionally, it might be a little difficult to understand what's being said through the vintagesounding speaker if the person on the other end doesn't enunciate or has a thick accent. Customer service skills could beimproved with a smile or a friendly tone... or just acknowledgment of a statement. I like Dickey's food, and I'd be willing todeal with the less than optimal drive- thru situation, but I think I'll find another store that has better service. Maybe theguy just didn't like that my husband explained he couldn't understand what was being said through the speaker. I don't know, butmy husband wasn't being malicious. He was just stating a fact. Order for a family gathering. I ordered through the catering and got the quote. My quote was followed up the next morning. When... I went to pick up the order it was ready. The food was really good. Everyone kept saying how good it was. The price was veryreasonable. Definitely 5 stars all the way on everything and I will definitely look at Dickey?s first again for any futureevents. Read more
Not to bad for the price...Monday's Pull Pork sandwiches $2.99. Got 2 of them and a sliced beef and coleslaw with pickles,... onions, relish and sauce. Food was delicious...could of made 2 sandwiches out of sliced beef ( a lot of meat) 4 ????????????????drive thru fast and convenient.... Read more
This location is in a older part of Mesquite off I-30, there is road construction all around to get here. Walked in the aroma... was awesome, love that smokey smell. No one here of coarse, l begin to think its me. The cooks suggestion the beef plate, lchoose the 2 meat with 2 sides instead. The macaroni and cheese typical taste, the stuffed mash potatoes very delicious. Thesausage was very flavorful and good. The top 2 pieces was very good, but the rest was tender but dry and almost warm tasting.The rolls were hot and fresh, no butter. Place was very clean all tables cleared and stocked for customers.
