I walked in when the app said my pizza was ready. I was ignored at first, then the young lady said she would be worh me in a... minute. They weren't making pizzas, the 3 women were just standing around talking about what they wanted for lunch. I finallyjust told them I would like to eat my lunch and she went and got my pizza. Worst customer service ever. Just so you know this isn't a lie this is the gentleman in the Dallas cowboy hoodie who jumped... started the truck in your parking lot. I come in, no hello. I wait at the counter for 5 minutes no exaggeration. The employeewith the blue hair looks at me 4 to 5 times. The guy who needed his truck jumped walked in. Finally an employee says cansomeone get carry out. No one moves. I tell the guy I'll jump his truck. She finally comes over and apologizes and asked if I had an order. I pointed to it. She got it for me and I proceeded to help the guy get his truck started. I maybe be only oneperson, and one family, but this family will not spend any more money there. The pizza was way over cooked. I do want to say I appreciate an employee. I didn't get her name but I walked in and 4 people... made eye contact with me and walked away. She stopped making her pizza and asked someone to help me. She is a shorter Hispanicfemale and she was the best part of the experience! Read more
I agreed to give this location another try after speaking to the manager. This will definitely be the last time I order from... here. I will also call corporate. This is ridiculous!! Our pizza was horrible!! Both pizzas we ordered were over cooked!! Thethin crust was burnt and broke like a cracker. High turnover so don't expect consistency. Even when not busy they are horrible. Don't know if its the water or sauce but moldy... smell from the place and from regular pizza be careful. Waste of money. Just trashed the pizza. Read more
