Tried the Genghis Grill in Mesquite, Town East Mall. So?here are a few things? it has changed since last time we were there.... Which, has been a while. The waiter/ress comes to take your order. Including drink orders. What size bowl, what base you what,do you want eggs? Then they go get your empty bowls for you. Then you take your empty bowls to go get your meats/veggies thatyou want cooked with your base. They cook and then serve it. They do have vegan options now which is fantastic, but they arepriced/sold separately. So it is something you have to ask for. For a base they also have cauliflower rice now! Awesome! I took my wife and mother in law out to dinner last night. The restaurant was short staffed however we did not have to wait for... more than a few minutes to be seated. Our sever was polite and we had good service despite staffing shortages. Food selectionwas fresh and many options to choose from. I have never been disappointed with a trip to this location. This was our first time to Genghis Grill. We read reviews on google and Yelp and we?re not sure if we should try the place.... Decided to take our chances. Glad we did! We loved the experience and the food. Fernando, our server was very helpful. TheSupreme fried rice turned out to be greasy but the server offered to fix it. We will definitely come back. Read more
First timer! Even though I've lived in the area my whole life I've never been go Genghis Grill before and man have I been... missing out! My husband and I build our own bowl. We didn't know what we were doing so we watched the person in front of us pileup the meats and fill up their bowl so we did the same LOL. I added a little bit of all their spices and different sauces and itcame out so good! Don't be shy pile up as much as you can on your bowl! LOL! Read more

First time here.. Overall good except the eggs in my dish (supreme combo fried rice) got cooked a little too long... (burnt). Great friendly staff though. You can order a meal already "put-together" or add raw food to bowl and have them cook itfor you. Is this worth returning? Very nice staff, we were seated immediately and it was my friend's first time so the waitress explained everything and we went... through the line. The food selections were great and then we were served our food. My bowl came out first and had a small waitfor my friend's bowl to come out. The food was food and was of course hot and delicious. I will be back and would recommend thisplace to all my friends. Read more
