We had to make two trips because the first order was incorrect. We went back for them to correct the order and again incorrect.... The order was for a breast wing and thigh crispy with wicked wing seasoning, but they gave us baked chicken instead. Went backto get it right and this time they gave us a thigh wing and a leg. How hard is it to get a simple three piece right. This isnot the first time we have got a incorrect order here. So from now on, I will open and check each order no matter how long itwill take. I dont know who the manager is at this location on the night shift, but they will not answer the phone when you call.This is just ridiculous. They are always forgetting things on my order and when I order ahead to pick up they never have my food ready and I have to wait... a while before I do. Read more
Today was horrible. The counter top was wet as if someone spilled their drink on it. Then after we ordered I saw the female in... the back who was preparing the orders touch the food with her bare hands including the rolls. I asked the girl who was workingthe register if they were supposed to wear gloves because of food safety and if so they needed to put them on before they evendid my order. They all 3!females went to the back and came back with a box of gloves. Then came the food as we got it to go. Thechicken was hard and dry, the gravy was nothing but water and the fish was also dry and hard. Nothing about this visit was goodespecially the fact that they were prepairing orders without gloves on and touching the food with their bare hands. Really expensive chicken that doesn't even taste that great! There's another chicken joint which is on the same street that... beats them hands down in terms of quality. The breading on this chicken is thick and pasty tasting, especially if they overbatter or don't cook all the way through. They hire a lot of high school kids who don't take their job seriously.
