Save yourself the frustration, and go to the Davis location?.On my last visit here I ordered online, went through the... drive-through to get my order and was told to come inside. I walked inside and they handed me my bag, don?t know why I had towaste my time doing so? Today, I go through the drive-through and set up the speaker for three minutes without anyone sayinganything, then told they would be right with me. Another three minutes passes and the person on the speaker goes from talking tothe person she?s checking out ahead of me and rolls into telling me what they don?t have ready without acknowledging she wasspeaking to me now. The employees at the new Cartwright restaurant do not seem to have received proper training for customer service. I felt like I... was in the way even though no other customers were there when I arrived. I could get friendlier service from a machine. Also, Iwas able to sit on the patio, but I couldn't get out of it; the main door and gate were both locked. Thank goodness a customerlet me in. The employees didn't even notice nor apologize. This location can?t get an order right to save their lives there will ALWAYS be something missing! U will spend forever in line... expecting fresh food but get Luke warm or cold food. Drove 15mins away thought give this place a time.Waited in line for over 20 mins in drive thru.When i get to the window the girl... tells me they don't have chicken strips.I asked you can't drop some?She tells me it will be a 30 min wait to cook some.I toldher they should done that I was in line over 20 minutes.
