The best burgers you can get as far as fast food goes. Any dallas/mesquite local knows that Griff?s is a staple in the community... that has been here for many, many years. Honestly I love Griffs, but my lord does something need to be done about the night shift. The women taking my order had me... repeat my order at least 3 times. Once i get to the window her and the other lady still manage to screw my order over. Themanager came to the window and was also rude and tried to lie about fries being in the bag. Got here early to avoid the crowd easy order receive food in timely manner but unfortunately they don?t have any ketchup if... they would?ve told me upfront I probably would not purchase it?s hard to eat fries without ketchup. Who device to put a sign forlet people know upfront there is no ketchup heck go down the street to McDonald?s and grab a handful. Had to use Tabascosauce. Read more

I think the food is going downhill just slightly nothing to gripe about too much but the service could be better you have to... take your cup to the front to get a refill as if somehow they're afraid that they're going to lose money if they have it anyother way and the reason I don't like that is because you have to stand there and wait behind people who are already refillinginstead of just having a refill station somewhere in the restaurant like most fast food restaurants also my daughter asked foran application and it said on the door they were hiring most nobody there spoke English and it said paper apps inside and thereason why she asked for an application was so that she can fill it out on the spot and give it to the manager and speak to themthen well they quickly told her they don't have paper applications printed and aren't willing to print anymore even though itsaid on the door clearly I'm going to hassle of filling out an application online and fill out one in store when I reminded themanager of this she told me she didn't have time and I said well that's probably a good thing to know while I looked at mydaughter and told her if she don't have time to get employed she don't have time to help her employees Read more
Amazing food in the sense that it taste awesome and the service was exceptional. Not anything special but not boring or bland in... my opinion. Will definitely return when I?m in the area. *****The doors are hard to open and all pull out not push in! Please ifyou want to eat here pull with all your might. Sad I saw people not being able to open the door and try another one and just endup leaving.
