So i am working at a local hospital on the night shift and I decided to come here to Jack in the Box for my "lunch" break. I... pull up and the worker took a bit to get to me which ok fine whatever. However, when worker finally comes on instead of how canI help you? Or welcome to jack in the box order whenever you're ready, I get met with do you even know what you want? Likefirst of all rude! If this lady here don't like her job nor working at 1232 at night, then I suggest finding somewhere else towork. I know times are hard I get it, but come on. Restroom was very clean & they shut throne down on Highway 80 where usually went to. This one I believe is better anyways due to... the employees actually talk to the customers. Read more
Take too long for orders, not sure if they?re short staffed, messed up orders. We love jack in the box for sure, it is just... unfortunate that this restaurant is the closes to our house and it?s just the worst we?ve ever encountered. My word of advice tothe owner, take care of your employees!! Includes managers, take care of them so they can take care of us, your clients, youremployees are the face of your company!! If you take care of them and still get people like me writing this type of review, then fired them until you get employees that care but you have to take car of them first, hope someone makes a change?. Have to say that for as many people as they had working, they were seriously in the weeds. Only ordered a burger and tacos, but... the wait was 31 minutes from submitting order to receiving it. I ordered a large drink, and was charged for it, but they saidthey were out of large cups, and only brought out a medium. They asked if that was ok after the fact. Wasn't thrilled to payextra for a medium. I feel like this location has been on the decline and I should start looking for another one. Read more
