My wife had been craving Flautas and I can always go for a good Torta and La Salsa Loca reallly hit the spot. The food was... great, but the real star here is the staff. When we arrived, all of the four top tables were occupied. We crowded around a barheight two seater with our two girls after placing our order. Once a table opened up they bussed it quickly to make room forus. They were apologetic even though it was out of their control and even offered us a free desert for our trouble. This place has yummy authentic homemade chicken flauntas that are to die for, so so good! Their Pastor, and Trompo tacos are... really good just need to try it with flour tortillas instead! BEST BIRRIA QUESA TACOS!! I was really looking for authentic Mexican food from Guadalajara because I am from there and this... place did not disappoint! The worst Tex-Mex I have ever had and I'm Mexican. I paid too much for this food to be this nasty. ($40) It was a slow Thursday... and no one was there. I really don't understand how it was so awful if these 2 brothers who work there managed to make thistrash food. Sorry but if you give this more than 1 star you don't know Tex-Mex. First time at La Salsa Loca Tacos, it was great! I ordered the chicken nachos and asked if they could add lettuce to them. They... were so good! The cheese they use is different, very creamy.
