I went to the papa John's on Tripp in Mesquite, First the young lady I guess taking the order was busy on the phone as if I was... invisible, than as he was going to take my order turns and walks away, and he goes to the back appears to just pace back andforth, while three to four employees(I assume they were, they had papa John's t-shirts on)gathered at the back playing on theirphone. Second as I was waiting on my order, FINALLY, I observed half the employees that I guess where working upfront go outsideget their cars and sat there having conversations with each other leaving the front unattended to. Ordered the shaqs pepperoni hardly any in it and when I opened the box was badly handled and the way they cut it was even worse

We ordered pizza and it never showed up. They charged my husband $38 and then didn?t deliver the pizza. Customer service hasn?t... helped and said they would give us a pizza for our trouble. Got a voicemail from John saying they would credit us. Didn?thappen. Sit on hold for over 30 mins and not one time has anyone ever acknowledged us, or said sorry. Customer service 101.
