Orders a pizza at 8:12pm. Called almost two hours later to inquire about how long it would take. I was put on hold for over 20... mins and no one ever got back on the phone. I ordered extra sauce on my pizza ???? but was not satisfied with the amount of extra sauce?I was able to speak with the manager... and she did apologize for not being reachable via phone and for the lack of extra sauce. She remade our pizza and it wasPERFECT?? She was very kind about the mistake and gave no problem with correcting it! Read more
I use to love this pizza hut, but it has really gone down. My pizza always tastes weird and never has sauce on it. For some... reason they've gotten the habit or drizzling the sauce on top of the ingredients. It does not taste good and it makes the pizzaeven more oily. Definitely, not coming back to this one even though the manager is awesome and tries her best to get my ordercorrect. Read more
Our pizza took over an hour and the toppings were stuck to the top of the boxes. The boxes were damp from the moisture of being... in the bag for so long! I called the store 3 times because it said our food was out for delivery for more than 40 minutes. Ourfood was cold and I was charged twice! This Pizza Hut location is tucked away in a small shopping center off Galloway Ave. It is clean and the service was great. I had... ordered a pizza online and they didn?t have the specific crust after making the order. The restaurant called me to let me knowand it was nice that they followed up. Placed my order online and its about to be 1 hr and 30 minutes since I placed the order and the pizza hasn't gotten here yet.... The worst thing is that this is not the first time. Last time I had to go pick it up since the had "no drivers working that day"the manager of this place need to hire more people because waiting so long for a pizza is not acceptable.
