Oh I?ve been eating at Pollo Regio for years;. But this was my first time coming to the Mesquite location; and by far this is... the best tasting Pollo Regio that I have ever eaten at. Not only was the food good here in Mesquite Texas; but their customerservice was very well they treated us like family. And it was a great experience because we were stopping to pick up food fromhere for a long road trip ahead. Nicolas took my order over the phone then when we got there we realize we need to order morefood. So the rest of the staff helped us get the rest of our food because we did order a lot of food over $100 worth. Food wasmade very quick and tasted so good and they even let us have complementary chips and salsa while we waited. I highly recommendthis place like I said it?s the best tasting Pollo Regio that I have tasted and I have been to many. Thank you to the PolloRegio in Mesquite Texas and to Nicolas and the rest of the staff who attended us. Whenever we are in town we will definitelystop at this location. Read more
While I don't classify this as fast food, Pollo Regio really is an authentically good restaurant chain! Every time I'm driving... towards a location, I see smoke blowing out from the top and the great smell of cooked grilled chicken coming through the airvents. I love the 5 street taco deal, I chose chicken. It was cooked to perfection and nestled in authentic double corntortillas with a side of cilantro and onions, but no limes. It would have been nice, but I got both red and green salsas thatstill made the tacos so good. Read more

Had lunch here on a Sunday and it was steady inside, at the drive thru and for pick up orders. You order at the counter and the... drinks are fountain drinks. The tables were clean but the drink station was messy. There is also a condiment station and freechips. The food was great and the service was friendly. Read more
Horrible service, tostada was stale, and cashier was rude and over charged. She was bothered like we did something wrong by... telling why was order $17 and telling her the tostada was stale. Rosa's may not be 100% but they're courteous and food is fresh.We won't be coming here ever. We pay for our food we didn't ask for a handout or a discount. Yet, she didn't care typicalHispanic.
