We went around 3pm on a weekday, so they weren?t very busy and the service was quick. The oysters tasted fresh and were good... with the sauce. The Cajun combo skillet was also tasty and served in the skillet, which is a great aesthetic experience. Thejambalaya pasta was pretty good, but the sauce was a little thin. We?ll be back! Read more
The service was good considering how packed it was last night. The waitress was very attentive and quick with our water refills.... We started off with the Cajun Fondue and the Half order of raw oysters. They both tasted very good! We then ordered the CajunFried Steak and the Shrimp & Catfish Combo. They both also tasted very good. The only down side was that for the Cajun FriesSteak the side of fries portion was very small. We looked under the steak but there were only about 5 fries under there. For theShrimp & Catfish Combo I personally felt like the size of the catfish were small and skinny but the flavor was good so nocomplaints. Just personal opinions. So just to be fair, Cajun is not my thing. My husband has been wanting to eat here forever so, I took one for the team. The... Cajun fried pickles were really good. The hubby got the Cajun combo skillet he said it was good. I stuck with the big easyburger and it was good. The only real disappointment was what should have been the best, The hurricane. It was lack luster andjust boring and not really worth the 10 dollars but either way Samantha was a really great waitress and met all our needs. Shewas attentive and so pleasant. While Kayla was NOT our waitress she over heard our conversation with our waiter and came over afterwards to assist us with the... matter. If going above and beyond was a person, KAYLA would be it! Next, another customers jacket fall off his chair and afterother waiters and waitresses stepped over his jacket. Kayla took the time to put the customer jacket back over his chair.Lastly, while the food had a nice presentation, it was dry and not worth the wait. Meeting Kayla made it worth the visit.
