I went there for a quick lunch with a friend, and the employee was quite unpleasant. My friend accidently grabbed the wrong... order while we were waiting for our lunch since the man shouting out the orders barely talked at all. When we returned, thestaff made a huge deal out of it for the customer as well. We offered to buy the new sandwich, but everyone acted as though itcontained gold. Julio here. I would personally like to thank all the customers who come in to enjoy what we have to offer. Those who know me... know that I do my best to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. Any mistakes made on our part I often try to rectify pleasebe patient as we are human and prone to error. I would like to point out a few things from the restaurant perspective. 1. Weare not a fast food place. We have 1 oven and during lunchtime with being shortstaffed along with on line orders it may takelonger than expected please ne understanding. You may see only a few people inside and think thats all but we may have 10-15online orders we are trying to finish up. Also when you want a discount for military or senior citizen or law enforcement pleasesay that before your order is completed. We have to do the order over again to add that and when so many people are waiting itis time consuming, work with us to make it easier for everyone. Lastly, we are not a restaurant so when you leave your trash,leftovers and spilled soda and just walk out you make it harder to serve everyone equally and properly. Because the cook has toleave station to clean up the mess. A mess without a tip is disrespectful. Thank you all. Read more

I will NEVER return. I ordered 2 kids meals consisting of cheese pizza with bacon, chocolate chip cookie, and orange drink. I... was given just cheese pizza. No drinks or cookies. Once I went back in with the food and asked them to fix it, they took thepizzas and added burnt bacon strips to each of them. Then they gave them back. These are KIDS meals. Other places would remakethe order not add burnt food to it and microwave it!!! I ordered a combo meal with a side salad for myself and only got asandwich and the wrong salad. No chips or a drink. Nasty a$$ food. One of the pizzas tasted like it had jalapeños on it. My 4year old daughter?s mouth was burning. I tasted it myself and instantly got angry. The nerve of the staff.
