Worst customer service. I spent 20 min waiting on a couple of drinks that I had did an order ahead in the app for. They lie and... say they are on the way with the your order and the order isn?t even close to being pre. I buzzed in after 10 min and statedthat I was still waiting on my order. The guy said absolutely nothing. I buzzed back 5 min later and asked for my or or arefund, the girl stated she would process my refund. I asked for a supervisor and some guy named Marcus came out, he said thedrinks are backed up the money will be on your card in 2-3 days, and gave me my receipt. Maybe if their workers didn?t walkaround with AirPods in and constantly checking their cell phones they would be able to serve the customer in a timely manner. Iwent to the sonic at 80 and beltline and got my drinks in under 5 minutes and that includes the time I placed my order and thegirl didn?t walk to the car with AirPods in her ear checking her cell phone. I go to this Sonic every morning and they are always short handed. They advertise that this is the morning drink stop but you... are sure to be late to school or work if you go here. Update: I gave this Sonic another shot and I feel like they have reallytried to improve their delivery time in the mornings. The manager is super nice. Thank you and keep up the good work ???? Do not go to this Sonic after 8:00 pm. No supervision and the employees are too worried about their phones and friends than they... are the customers. Waited 20 minutes for a mobile order and each time I pushed the button, I was told it will be right out. Read more

Was there for UberEATS to pick up drinks only for a customer...took about 15 minutes to get the drinks after having to push the... red button 3 times. UberEats says to cancel orders if wait time is 10+ minutes but I had already informed the customer we werewaiting on the drinks Read more

My family and I have come to this location for years, and we particularly like to stop by for dessert. Manager Chris Hale took... care of us tonight while we got our treats. I had a specific question about our order, and he came out to my car to speak withus personally to make sure he understood us correctly. What made it better is that he has a great sense of humor that cheered usup as we're going through a tough time right now. I also noticed that other customers had shorter wait times, and the kitchenhad more workers than I've usually seen, both of which stand out in a great way. I let him know how much his service meant tous, and in light of his evaluation coming up, I truly hope he is commended for a job well done. Read more

First, I want to give the gentleman working a 5 star review. He is working alone. Taking orders, cooking, bringing out to... vehicles, and taking payments. Remarkable! The reason I am giving a 3 star review is because he is working alone withcurrently 11 cars in the lot waiting on food. Not his fault. Step it up management. Read more
