So i ordered 2 of the new Churro Shakes and it took 20+ minutes in order to get them when it wasnt even busy. And when the... carhop came out they were on the phone and looked like they didnt even care to be there. A lack of customer service and anoverall bad mood look on the carhops face did not help much either. Read more
I placed a mobile order and when I got there I entered the stall number. And waited for 30 mins. So we called them to let them... know we?ve been waiting over 30 mins and the response was ?ok.? And once we received our stuff it was all melted. Note to self:never again. ????? Read more
Chris, a manager in training, was so nice and helpful. I had just left the shop and someone cut me off doing an illegal u turn.... I had to slam my brakes on and all of my order went into the floor board of my suv. I quickly returned to the shop to get areplacement order and Chris was kind enough to give up his free employee lunch so that i could have my order replaced forfree. Since day one of this sonic opening, it has been the best in the area!!! Read more
@sonic...I must say that I am so deeply saddened by my most recent trip to this establishment on Cartwright. I pulled into the... carhop stall 20 and preceded to place my order; 2 number 3's one with large fries the other with large tots and a strawberrysweet teas. I placed my order at 10:36 pm. I noticed cars leaving and pulling in constantly. The stall screen said Jennifer ison the way with my order so I figured all was well. I think ok great. Wrong...no Jennifer. At 10:50 pm I pressed the buttonagain to inquire about my order. The lady comes on the intercom and says we are closed before I could say anything. Thiscontinued for 3 more button pushes. When I was finally able to speak I informed her I had not received my order. She apologizesand states there was only one person in the back. My initial plan was to beat the severe storm that was coming in. 11:00pm stillno food. I pressed the button again and she states he is making my order now. I did not receive my order until 11:15 pm. I gethome to check my order and the sweet strawberry teas ice was literally almost completely melted, the burgers were soggy. Mydaughters fries were cooked to a crisp and was hard, my tater tots tasted like a mouth full of grease like they put them ingrease again. I spent $22 on food that I couldn't eat. I called the store to ask for a manager and the lady who was the samelady that took my order answered the phone. I asked for a manger. She then asks for the general manager or manager manager? Irespond by asking for a manager of that location. She replies i am the manager. I then made told her who i was and what iordered and told her I was just there. She hangs up the phone in my face and she must have blocked the number as my calls nolonger were accepted. Nice Sonic location in Mesquite. The service was pretty quick despite them being busy. The frozen desserts ???? are great.... Prices are reasonable. The portions sizes for shakes, Sonic Blasts , etc. are pretty good too. The person that came out with ourorder was nice and friendly.
