Absolutely zero customer service. They person on the speaker wouldn't speak loud enough that I could hear, he was too far away... from the microphone. I gave him my order, when I said "yea that's it" he just put my total on the screen. Not a thank you, orhere's your total, nothing. My son and I waited for our food. The girl came to deliver the food and didn't speak a word...Handed me the bags and walked off. I got home and my chicken strips were inedible...they were overcooked and tasted awful. Thegravy was like pure water. The bread was hard and I got tots instead of fries when they didn't ask if that's what I wanted. Thisisn't the first unpleasant experience here, but I won't go back. I do my best to review when things go good. Not really fair to just complain on establishments and not give praise. But this... place really grinds my gears. My girlfriend and I each have the app. We mainly stick to drinks and ice cream. We?ve ran littlemini experiments ???? and this is the conclusion. Your drink orders will be messed up. Check them while you?re there. The Spriteis 80% of the time flat. As a fan of Limeades like me, that sucks. If you order ice cream, it?s always runny. Never order theextra toppings for your ice cream. They never add them. Giving away money. My last order I had to drive back to have my drinksreplaced. Limeade was so messed up it was almost clear. Someone literally said ?screw it? put the lid on it and let it fly.Other people pulled up right after me to return there?s as well. And todays order, again. Messed up. Idk guys. Not many mistakesleft before we just call it quits at this establishment. Too much regret when we spend our money here. The picture is fromtoday. Cherry limeade became a cherry slush. The drink I ordered wasn't the right drink, but, it was ok. The person taking my order could not hear me, due to the fact that... he was listening to music through his personal headphones. The lady that brought out our food was very nice and explained theissue. The area was clean enough, so we will be back. Read more

On Gus Thomason in mesquite employee was Eating fries while he was working then basically threw his drink in my car and spilled... it everywhere because the lid wasn?t all the way on.
