Took my daughter for her first Starbucks experience! She's 6 and REALLY wanted a cake pop & a Strawberries n cream Frappuccino!... Looking forward to some caffeine to get me shopping. Posted hours say they close at 8. Arrived at 545 and was told the barista... had gone to lunch and would be back in 30. Came back at 630 and they said they were closing. There was someone in there on theirlaptop though. ???? Read more

I come here all the time and have always had a great experience. In particular, they have this one girl named Kat and she is... always so nice and talkative. She recommends me the best drinks that I have never tried before, She has a great attitude and Ilove stopping by to chat with her. Sometimes I seen her work alone and it does take a moment , but she is really fast! And thedrinks come out great. I tried to tip her several times but she says they're not allowed to take them. Went to the one in the Mesquite Target. The Young lady was very courteous. But my only complaint is that she was the only one... working and had a long line behind me and several people before me, so I had to wait about 20 min for 2 coffees. ???? Other thanthat, coffee was great! Read more
Went there today and we experienced bad customer service, it took the girl taking orders a minute for her to pay attention to us... since she kept talking to her co workers and mid ordering she would ignore me to talk to her coworker.I literally had to talkover them to get her attention again. She had a very rude tone when she told us they don?t take scan to pay. Read more
