I've been going to this subway for more than 6 months now. It's conveniently located to my job in Sunnyvale. It's probably the... best subway I've ever been to. It's usually operated by one woman sometimes two and she is quick and efficient. I have verylittle time for lunch and she always gets my sandwich or wrap prepared in no time. On top of this she is always kind and polite.She knows what I get since my sandwich usually varies between 3 styles and she anticipates the condiments. I appreciate her workethic and hard work. This is the closest subway to me and I never had a problem until last night. I usually go during the day after work and the... staff is always nice but I went last night at 9:08. Prior to going I googled what time they close and on the website it say9:30. When I walked up to the door there was a sign on the door that said they close at 9pm but when I pulled on the door itopened. When I walked in the two young ladies were rude. They did not greet me they just stared at me when I walked in as ifthey did not want me there so I said ?hello? because no one said anything when I walked in they were just staring at me. Neitherone of them said anything once I said hello so I asked if they were closed and the girl with the braids said ?no we close at9:30? so I said ohh okay. I felt the negative energy as if I was unwanted there. Another lady pulled up once I was getting readyto leave and she walked up to the door and turned back around and the girls just stared at her like they did me as if they werehoping she wouldn?t come in after me. They really skimp on meat. I ordered and paid for extra meat and still almost nonexistant. I love their Italian bread and fresh... veggies and the convenience to my home. But I really would like to taste the meat. Read more
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I order 2 foot longs on the app and neither had cheese or were toasted, like we ordered. I spoke... to the manager "Liz" and she rudely said that we took too long to pick them up, and that they were toasted. Regarding the cheeseshe said it blends in with the vegetables, that's why we couldn't see it. I did not have any attitude until she spoke to merudely. The app said the order would be ready at 2:20pm, I got there at 2:25pm. I asked the manager if she could see the time Iorder it and the time I picked up and she refuse to saying that it was not there problem and the food was done correctly.
