Hated the experience today! Went with family. 1. Waited more than expected because they let someone else go on our turn! 1hr... instead of 35 minutes. 2. Ordered one salad separately - found a dead fly in salad after eating 1/3rd of the salad. Told themanager, they were like we can replace it. We didn’t want it again. 3. The salad was still in the bill. Had to ask for it tobe removed. This was my favorite steakhouse till today. Not going back again. Read more

Last nights Texas Roadhouse experience was perfect. They were busy ,Friday night, wife and I Valentine ????. Used the online... waiting list. We live 1 hr southeast of Mesquite. Getting put on the waiting list was perfect because Roadhouse had a 1hr15min wait . Valentine weekend ?. No matter how busy food was great service was perfect ????. Showed up without a reservation and only waited about 15 minutes. It was quite busy in there but the hosts and servers were... welcoming and attentive. A lot of birthday yeehaws! The rolls were warm and buttery... and we got the hookup to take some home!Dinner was quite delicious and hot and filling. I wish I saved room for dessert as they looked so good at other tables! Mask is required to enter until you’re seated which is perfectly fine with me. All the staff wore mask and they were all very... friendly/polite. The food was decent, but the drink was better. I did enjoy the loaded mashed potatoes, well seasoned. The babyback ribs were a little over cooked for me. I will try them again. Read more
Stopped by for some dinner . The food isn't the problem we love the choices . But what does make a visit good or not is the... service you get. Refills were slow if I catch myself looking around for the waiter that just means you don't come around much.The bad thing is the waiter we had was training someone. Hope the trainee doesn't pick up bad habits. I ordered the samplereven though the bread is always good for starters . Got the pulled pork my son ordered the grilled salmon. Read more
