The food was wonderful but all the tables were dirty. ALL of them, and there was no other customers there. The waitress sat at a... table and on the phone the whole time instead of cleaning . Maybe she had personal problems, but literally everything was dirty,floor had standing water. Windows filthy. I won't return. Read more

The employees cooking were bickering the entire time. Food was cold...not a bit warm just cold. Eggs were overcooked when I... request soft scrambled. Sausage was also over cooked, dried up and cold. Toast was burnt. My friend asked for bacon was givendtied overcooked sausage. We didn't dare complain since they were all constantly cooking and bickering. Who knows what we wouldhave gotten for complaining if we had. On the to go orders they were giving out clearly burnt hashbrowns. Just awful to see howinconsiderate of the quality of food and customer service they give out. Read more
It was bad enough that I'm contacting corporate directly. I will tell you this tho. I used to go to that particular place every... other night in the 80s n loved it, now it would be a sorry excuse for jail food. The people shouldn't be let out in public muchless serve them. Okay... I'll start off by saying that they were severely understaffed. This particular night we went I believe was the 21st of... April. We were down for a women's conference and the restaurant was pretty busy with only three staff trying to do everything.It wasn't very clean, But again, they only had three people working. one server, one cashier, one cook and one of those threewere trying to do all three. He was however very polite. But there were no clean tables. We had to clean our own til the managercould stop to even greet us. Except for at least 30 minutes before anyone came to the table and another 15 minutes after that toget a drink of water. By time, it's time to cook our food. Everybody was clearing out so it got out relatively fast. It wasokay. I was starving though too. Lol I feel like if this establishment had a better staffed shift, The experience might havebeen a little better. Felt bad for them. The one who appeared to be the manager did a great job. It just was a lot for threepeople to handle, especially with the conference right around the corner. But I appreciate their hard work. They were trying atleast. Read more
We been coming to this Waffle House for years and year never had a problem . But today was just ridiculous we got sit down at... 9:30 we order the food it is now 10:45 when I ask they haven?t even called out our food yet. I get it is busy but when you havea full house of employees working you?re telling me you haven?t had the chance to make the food but are on top of the onlineorders and to top off Patricia Nancy whatever her name is trying to catch an attitude with a customer.
