heir food is relatively always fresh. They have great customer service. They are very help and comply to reasonable requests... we have. Yes sometimes there have been a few issues but overall this is the best location that tries to do their best to givethe best customer service possible and has the best buffet. Went in for an evening meal with my Mom. Service was very slow and there were only 4 folks in there eating. Food was good but it... was hard they these teenagers attention to bring me silverware or drinks and I had to repeat myself several times... This was the best Waffle House that I have ever been to. The food was amazing, but the workers (Joe,Chris,and Tweet) were even... greater. I ordered food to go, but I was enjoying their company so much that I actually dined in. The dining area was clean, thestaff was super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful...and more importantly, they all worked together as a team. There was nocriticism, no silence, no sad faces...just a team of people that seemed to work so well together that you would assume that theyhave known each other forever. Whenever I visit the Dallas area again,this will be the only waffle house that I will dine at.Hopefully, I can catch the same team. They were amazing! Read more
I wish that I could give this ghetto place a negative star rating. My order was not only wrong, and but also looked like dog... food. When I returned it the waitress then proceeded me to ask me what was wrong she then proceeded to tell me that it was notwrong and said it just had extra ingredients and egg yolks instead of egg whites. News flash if it is any different than what Iasked for it?s wrong. She then rolled her eyes and said no problem and began talking to another waitress saying It?s not wrongit?s just extra stuff so remake it and so t forget the chili cause she made a deal about the chili not being on there. She thenproceeded to mock me to other staff members and remade my order and it was still incorrect. Upon sitting down I noticed that therestaurant was filthy. There were mildew towels and leaks over the floor the low bar tables were dirty. The floor needed to bemopped and there were flies. No one had on gloves or masks. Order tossed. Waste of my lunch break. This location has soured meon the entire chain. Think I will be sending my pictures to the health department. Read more
So they are so short staffed that the entire place has not been cleaned so no one can sit down. They said they have no clean... silverware or dishes. The whole cooking station is horrid. I saw one of the employees eating bacon while cooking. I saw the sameemployee put bacon from the same plate he ate off that was sitting there for who knows how long put some of it on the customersplate. I feel bad but management should know don't open if you have no workers. The employees are still in happy spirits though.The food is good hence the three stars. Read more
This is the newest location in the area so it?s pretty popular and very busy. However, the employees are organized, quick while... being friendly and professional, and normally get you seated soon after arriving. The food is always good and fresh. And theplace smells like coffee, which is nice. I?m kid the bathrooms are clean and well kept as is the rest of the restaurant. Read more
