I was surprised that doors were locked so dine in lunch wasn't available. Did drive through. The food was good- whopper, onion... rings, soft drink. Everything was hot or cold as expected. However when I went back to the drive thru for a drink refill, Iwas told I had to pay for another drink. This seems out of line because normally same visit refills are free. Read more
Came to pick up a mobile order and pulled up to the intercom to be told their cook was on break. Then just stopped answering. I... asked if I should just cancel my order on the app cause that?s ridiculous and now they have me waiting in a parking spot. Otherdrivers are being turned away. The dresser attendant was so rude and had no idea how to be a hospitality industry worker. I was very pleasant, when I placed my... order for two cheeseburgers with extra ketchup mustard and pickle, she squawked back at me through the speaker ( well that's howit come ), I said okay, I like a Whopper with cheese no onions with mayonnaise and ketchup, and through the speaker she squawkedback (it already come with mayonnaise) , I chuckled, and didn't think nothing of it. Until I got to the window. She handed me myfood, and no salutation, and I was wanting to ask for a child size cup of ice water, she let me sit at the window for about 80seconds, when she came back to the window she said what you want? I said could I please get a small ice water, she replied (youholding up my line, how come you not ask for that back there?) She refused to give me a cup of ice water. Early 20s, millennial,I felt completely disenfranchised. I would have gave them one star, but I didn't get sick from the food.
