They allow me to place a mobile order and take my money and no one... comes to the mic and when I go to the window for someone to help me 2 people look at me and scurry away. They looked right atme. This location should just shut down. Like other reviewers have said, most times they won't even take your order. After the most... recent attempt, I finally decided to ask "why" and was told to leave or they would call the police! Insanely rude and verysuspicious. Read more

Let me start by saying this is my 1st review. For me to actually write a review, the establishment has to be amazing or... absolutely horrible. I visit the burger king at 8101 Airline Highway in metairie Louisiana at least once a week as it?s the onlyBurger King anywhere close to where I live. At least 75% of the time I go there, they say they are sorry but they aren?t takingorders right now. It?s always in the middle of the day. The Burger King is empty every single time I pass which leads me tobelieve this happens a lot. I wonder how much money is being lost while they aren?t taking orders every single day and why arethey doing this in the middle of the busiest time of the day? If I didn?t like Burger King so much, I would never stop thereagain. The 25% of the time I do actually get to order, there is never a problem. Fast friendly service. My order is alwayscorrect. That?s the only reason this review didn?t get one star. I just can?t justify going a few times a week and maybe gettingany service at all 25% of the times I go. I can maybe understand every now and then. Things happen. Not every single week on aconsistent basis.
