Greeted by a helpful, smiling, young lady who quickly took our order, and our payment and she thanked us for our business. The... food was delivered to our table by another young lady who, again, thanked us for our business, and made she that we did not needanything else before she headed back to the counter area. I came in for lunch the other day and had my doubts because of the long drive thru line, so I ultimately opted to just come... inside for the dine-in experience. ?Mark? took my order and he was very patient with my son who has down syndrome, he helpedread him through the menu options and decide what he wanted. He explained the differences between all the sandwiches and gavehim his suggestions. It was very special that they were able to provide an experience to my family and myself where we feltrespected and cared for, he made us feel special. He made our drinks and then ?Johnny? brought our food out for us. I had the 12count chicken nugget meal, and the nuggets and fries were both very hot. My son had the grilled sandwich meal and he reallyenjoyed it, he has a gluten free diet and they were able to substitute the bun for him. My experience was only good because of Gabe! I give him the four stars! He was very polite and not rude unlike the girl that... took my order with the orange hair , she was very rude and had an attitude while talking to me the whole time and when I startedto give her the same energy back she rolled her eyes at me. This place doesn?t seem to be operating very efficiently. Only 1 lane open in the dial lane drive thru. And the line to take... order was crazy long. Yet no one at the window to pick up their orders. We did carry out because I think we would have beenhere all day. Hopefully they fix this soon. This is not a normal Chick-fil-A experience. Read more
50 % of the times I've been to this location it is HORRIBLE the vehicles are lined up out of the driveway they have to many... CHILDREN taking orders but CAN'T FILL THEM. HALF THE TIME MY ORDER IS WRONG! TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. CAN'T GET IT RIGHT. Read more
