The food look very appetizing in their commercials, but a different story in real life. Food was barely warm and didn't have any... natural flavors. Some main items were not available, and others looked like they had been there all day. Associates were notfriendly, but they did take care of you quickly. This place had a cafeteria atmosphere. I am writing this review in hopes the store manager sees it. Unfortunately I did not get her name but at 8 PM on Tuesday,... November 22 the young lady that was working the line was amazing! There was almost a line out the door and she never lost hercool. She was pleasant, super efficient and just rocked it. Employees like her are hard to find and I?m not sure how much youpay her but I can?t imagine it is enough. She absolutely deserves a raise! Read more

The workers here valued preparing chips over the long line of customers. Definitely poor management. Don?t come here unless you... have time to spare. Plenty of employees were present, however only one was working the line. I?ve a few bad experiences at thislocation. They used to be great. i entered the establishment and ordered 2 burrito bowls worked seemed so in a rush that she wasn?t paying attention an added... mixed vegetables to my order i informed her of the mistake and she proceeded to pick at my food and pick all the vegetables offinfront of me. The line was incredibly long and only two people were working the front even though I counted 8 people working. The area where... the food was being made was disgusting and clearly hadn?t been clean recently. They were out of a lot. Order #222 Workers were extremely rude and tried to charge me for a water cup. I explained that I wanted a cup for water and she... said we don't have any. I then asked for a normal cup and she said she would have to charge me. We went back and forth insteadof giving me a cup and letting me get water to chase down the dry, non salted chips. Super busy but the workers were hard at work! The drive thru was packed. Some guests complained but the young lady working... attempted to tell them the line was backed up(if you could see the line inside, you'd understand why).Polite, kind andprofessional.
