Decided to try this place, ordered online, drove there for curbside pickup, went home and enjoyed some moderately tasty food (on... par with Voodoo BBQ before they closed down). Found a card in the bag that said free pulled-pork sandwich with the purchase of aBig Yellow Cup. So I went today to use the card and they tell me "we don't take those anymore". I explained I only got it aweek or two ago and they still said no. So I left, thinking I'd just encountered some bad luck. On a hunch I checked my creditcard statement and found it was actually only SIX DAYS. Now I'm annoyed they wouldn't honor an offer they made me less than aweek ago. =( Read more

Ordered togo and loaded Baked potato was so cold the cheese didn't melt and it had nothing but cheese, some bacon and green... onions, no butter! I ordered Brisket & a loaded BP thru DoorDash. My Dasher contacted me & said they were out of BP?s at the moment and they... wouldn?t have more ready for a couple of hours and I asked what else I would like in place of it. He put me on speaker phonewhere, the Dickey?s employee, Destiny, offered to replace it with a loaded baked potato casserole. I expressed my lack ofenthusiasm for the casserole, as it?s just not the same as a regular loaded baked potato. Destiny said she would fix it up towhere I wouldn?t know the difference. I was skeptical but agreed. When my order was delivered, I opened the BP container & itlooked just like a loaded BP & was every bit as good as, if not better than, the loaded baked potato! This has to be one of the worst and most poorly run places I?ve ever been to. First of all, I ordered from what I thought was a... different restaurant but ended up being a Dickey?s virtual brand. When I arrived, none of my food had even been started yet.They needed me to explain what I had ordered so they could begin cooking it. So here I am, an hour after my scheduled pickuptime, waiting on mediocre food. Skip this place and do yourself a favor. Edit added a star back because the people who workedthere were really kind. Menu prices don't match register prices. Cashier said he had told them and I wasn't the first to complain. Called corporate... they said I wasn't first to complain. They told me to go back for refund sooner than later. Everyone was nice, but issue isn'taddressed. Food satisfies the brisket need, but other places do the same. Read more

The brisket was mostly fat but the ribs were good. Our biggest issues were the rudeness of the staff and the portion sizes. If... you're going to charge $16 for a meal, there either needs to be more meat or better quality meat. The side salad consisted ofabout 3 pieces of lettuce and 3 soggy croutons. There was more salad dressing than actual salad (the side containers picturedare about an inch tall). We won't be eating here again. Read more
