Horrible. Terrible. Ordered my food. Food sat in quality check for 45 minutes. When I called about it, the manager ?Lawrence?... told me I would get my food when I get it. Only 1 driver. I had already waited over an hour. Manager decided it best to talkover me while on the phone. Will not be ordering from this location again. Read more

Full disclosure: I work here. In all honesty this is the most efficient and clean of all the restaurants I?ve worked at over the... years. The food is? well, it?s Domino?s: not really any better or worse than other locations though the current staff deserveyour patronage (and MASSIVE tip) more than most. I would like to note that delivery drivers make MUCH LESS THAN minimum wageand therefore literally depend on your generous tips for their living. Furthermore, relatively recent changes in the percentageof tips that are ?credit? means they only wind up receiving 75% of your tip unless you tip cash. And lastly, drivers ONLYreceive your tip and are just barely compensated for their mileage (which on the average delivery amounts to little over $1):they DO NOT receive any portion of the delivery fee. They have to buy their own gas, insurance and vehicle maintenance/paymentsALL out of YOUR tips and HOPE to have enough left over to pay rent, feed themselves and their family, etc. Read more

Ordered on-line #272? $32.65 chicken Alfredo Bread bowl, pasta Primavera with marinara sauce & med pepperoni/sausage pizza. They... delivered the order & the primavera had Alfredo sauce on it. Called right away & informed the Manager Mike, that order was wrongand my daughter is lactose intolerant so I know I ordered marinara sauce. He did not care & said I failed to hit the marinarasauce on order. I even would?ve given the original primavera back bc no one was going to eat it in this house. So much formaking it right Dominoes. I know why I wanted to order from Pizza Hut instead. But I listened to my teenage son. Never again. Read more

Avoid this place at all costs! I ordered at 5:00 pm for a delivery at 7:45 pm. At 9:30 pm we did not have our food and they call... me to tell me that I won't have my entire order because they did not have Caesar salad anymore. I called that store and theywould not do any thing for me but tell me that they don't have an guarantee delivery on time! Unprofessional! Update: the"owner" apologized as shown below. I sent an email and no response from them. Good (fake?) intentions, bad delivery. I amdefinitely ordering from a local place from now on. Read more

I have to publicly complain this time as I tried to call the store and was put on hold in excess of 5 minutes. I have ordered... from this location since it opened to replaced the Harrison Ave. location. It is hit or miss, sometimes great product, sometimesa frozen pizza would be better. Usually, when that happens I stop ordering for a significant period of time and go else where.Then give the location another shot. I think this location is suffering from lack of staff and significant business or poorscheduling. Regarding my order this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks a topping has been forgotten (mushrooms) in this case, and theremaining toppings are scarce and poorly distributed on the pie. I ordered a thin Pacific with no cheese or provolone. But,they left off the mushrooms! I'm not looking for perfection, but 2 clumps of black olives and a scattering of a few more of theother toppings. I screen shot your pizza maker as it is a tool you provide to show the goal of topping distribution. It isunrealistic to expect a pizza to look like that, but, to forget a topping and be scarce with the rest, then to have anunreasonable hold time on the phone is just not good business. I know how it is to work for RPM, because I worked at theHarrison location when the 30 minute delivery guarantee was still around. I can assure you, my store manager or Asst. would havenever allowed that pie out the door, he was always on the cut table, boxing and routing. Read more
