My fiancée ordered us a 5.99 pizza and wings via online. However she attempted to call the store 5 times and every time they... placed her on hold or blatantly hung up in her face. When she did get someone on the phone a young man answered and sheproceeded to tell him that she wanted her wings ran through twice but his response was, ?oh is it?? My fiancée then said, wellI don?t know, I?m calling to request that please, the phone fell silent and the end result is that we never picked up our pizzabecause the immaturity of the store did not deserve our money. I ordered late night for delivery because I?m at work and choices are limited . But good communication is not! Whether the crew... was not wanting to stay forever which I get, or the fact that on a Saturday night with all things around them this location hadonly one driver on staff, which I don?t get. Team up with Uber-eats or something. Overall the lack of staff is weak. My opinionis not what I?m here to wrote. I received a phone call 2 minutes after placing my order, I feel the young man had taken it uponhimself to MANAGE. a situation that I felt he took anticipated my need for food meant I was hungry abs he said there was a 11/2-2 hour return time on getting food delivered. So he took iniative to do something and he called and gave me the info Ineeded to then do what I thought was best for me and who ever I?m feeding! The David Dr store is in need of some serious intervention they have had a rapid decline. They just delivered my order and the... pizza was flung or dropped because it was all over box and burnt, stacked on top of each other, the garlic parmesan bites areliterally drowning in butter, and the brownie is so under-cooked I can't pick up a piece its mushy. I was hung up on the 1stphone call then was greeted with a rude could care less attitude from the manager. his only response after I told him all ofthat was the parmesan bites don't come with marinara, and would i like a credit! I ordered this pizza ok the 17th of November around 7ish that evening. I had just finished a 14 hr shift so I just picked up my... pizza and headed home. When I opened the box I seen this. Basically two slices of pizza that's not worth eating. You can't feedyour family properly if they're gonna cheat you out of slices. And this is not the first time this has happened. But this isdefinitely the worst. I was way too tired to complain or to get it fix. They will just lose my business. I suggest if anyoneorders here or any domino's to be honest make sure you ask that your pizza is fully covered with toppings and sauce.
