I've been to Dunkins all over this country and this is the worst. The poor attitude of the workers here is unacceptable. They... will get your order wrong and actually argue with you over it even when the receipt proves you right. I get the impression thatthey are bothered by having to deal with people as they have always had a condescending tone everytime I've come to thislocation as they treat all of the customers (especially those in the lobby) like trash. This is the only Dunkin location that is nearby to where I live so this is why I come But just know if you have a problem with... absolutely anything don?t expect them to solve it or fix it because the customer service here is unprofessional I was literallychoking at the drive-through I was literally begging them for a cup of water and the guy did not give it to me he said ?no Idon?t have time go? I understand that they are not from America the people that run this location they are from India but theyneed to understand that here in America we don?t treat humans like that. Where I come from if somebody is choking you give themwater. I ordered two dozen donuts in the app. Then go in to the pick up area where the official app says to go. However, the employee... (in a rude way) says I have to get in line. After waiting in the long line, I tell them my name and they make my donuts rightthere. What?s the point of ordering online if I still have to do all this?? Honestly, the worst Dunkin? Donuts. Drive through was super backed up at 1030 on a Monday so we parked and went in. It?s large because it?s also a Baskin Robbins.... Understaffed but reasonable service time, they had no donuts out but did have some, although they showed us what they had on anold cruddy laminated photo. Don?t know if that?s a COVID peak hold over but we didn?t really like the limited options. Our icedpumpkin lattes were delicious though, so overall it was still a good place and since there are so few Dunkins in town, we?ll beback when we?re in the area.
