I got a Pork and Egg Roll Vermicelli Bowl. I thought the Pork was undercooked and fatty. The waiter gladly took it back to the... kitchen and cooked it more and refreshed the entire bowl. So delicious! I ate the crab salad for an appetizer, the grilled shrimp vermicelli noodles for lunch, and a Vietnamese coffee... for desert. Well I say ate, really I inhaled it because it was so good. Fast service and great prices! I was in and out in 20minutes. Read more

Some really good friends took us to eat lunch today at a new spot for us. It was my husband's 1st time trying authentic... Vietnamese cuisine. We all enjoyed the egg rolls, noodles salad, sushi, pork plate, avocado "smoothie". Very delicious, thecompany was the best, the restaurant very clean! We enjoyed it all. The owners are VERY NICE. This place has very good customer service and they're speedy. The food was super fresh. I ordered a salad with grilled shrimp,,... grilled sweet onions, and avocado. It was delicious! Best pho in Metairie. Soup is not as greasy as any other pho place, this is what?s important for pho noodles. Owner manager work... at store himself. Always make sure the food is fresh. If you are in the rush, do not come in, because it?s a busy restaurant andit?s hard to find good staffs work the way like the owner himself. Take sometime when they are busy. Read more
