This was my first time going here in about 2 years a so. The young lady who helped me was amazing she was telling me the name of... all of the doughnuts you sell until the other older lady walked over and said very ugly we sell what ever you see in the case.Then she was the one who rung up my order. Preordered the Churros to be picked up on the App after I get off work (which was 8 hours before I head over there from work to... get it) and they had my Assorted order ready and Not the Churros and the lady working didn't offer a refund and just wanted toreplace it for more donuts. Not what I wanted and not how I wanted to be treated when I knew this would happen if I went,knowing it's a hot limited item, and just placed my faith on seeing if theyre still available. I highly recommend you the glazed donuts as it is always fresh and hot. Right out of the batch.
I recommend calling before you go to see if they have what you want. I waited 40 minutes due to their broken speaker only to... find out the only donut I eat from there is not available. Service is very slow, but it's worth the wait if you get what youactually want. I ended up getting the glazed and was disappointed for the first time at a Krispy Kreme. ???? Read more
Employees are Definitely not welcoming . Pulled in the drive they waited a few minutes before being greeted. I?m the middle of... giving my order I was told to hold on. The donuts are good and fair prices. They have mini donuts and donut holes now. You can go in and buy your food, not sure about... dining inside. I didn't see anyone eating at tables. Yes they have bathrooms and handicap accessible bathrooms and parking. Nodelivery service. The staff is Not friendly at all!!!! Thank goodness they have good food or they would probably not havebusiness as they do. (No matter how nice and respectful you are, they are just not polite). I am sorry but I don't know why theyare compelled to be mean. I watched and listened to them with other people ahead of me and I stood and listened to them to thepeople behind me, same treatment. If there are more than a few cars, DO NOT WAIT IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. They are extremely slow. It took 30 min to get to the 2nd... window, where you then place your order. Turned out to be 40 min total from entering to leaving. When getting to the window, thegirl working was polite and friendly. Truly it wasnt her fault, she literally had to put together every single thing for theorder. She had to make the frozen drink, then put together 2 dozen donuts. Thats nuts! Oh and not to mention at peak servingtime, a sunday at 8:40am, i saw 1 worker come out the back, and 2 other workers who were actually on a smoke break!
