The store where I live I purchased my pizza there all the time I go to Little Caesars at least three times a week if not more... the people there are really nice they try to get you in as fast as they can your pizza is always hot even when it's cold afteryou have it in the refrigerator you put it in your toaster oven warm it up is like fresh again and always taste just like youfirst purchase it I think Little Caesars is the best pizza place. It's affordable you can feed your whole family for little ofchange. And this time with the academy the way it is every penny counts so being able to afford things now is most important soI would tell everyone to always go to Little Caesars cuz they have the best pizza and the nicest people working there. When my order was due, they texted me that it was cancelled. I called the location. Assistant manager, Jeramiah, said he knew... nothing about my order. After about 10 minutes of asking co-workers who also didn't know anything, he determined it was given tothe wrong doordash delivery person. He didn't know where the order was. He refused to replace the food or refund the purchase.He said they are not responsible. He acknowledged the order was placed directly through the Little Caesar's app, NOT doordash.Jeramiah was rude and unprofessional the entire time. Doordash said it's Little Caesar's responsibility since the order wasthrough the Little Caesar's app. I wasn't aware doordash was affiliated. Even their text doesn't state it was doordash. Doordashtried to contact Little Caesar's but no one answered because, according to Doordash, they likely didn't want to take the call. Icalled the same location today and asked someone named Sean if I could speak with a manager. Sean yelled out "Sean, it's foryou!" Then, the SAME Sean returned saying he was the manager. I called Little Caesar's corporate office and was put on hold for20 minutes. I called back and was told I would just have to wait on hold. I called customer care directly and was put on holdfor 20 minutes. In the time it took me to complete my complaint with the BBB and write this review, still no one has come to thephone. Read more
I like the pizza its fresh and hot. Sometimes hard to get them on the phone but getting better by the day .had issues with... customer service in the past but also getting better by the day. Good job. A big turn around from 6 months ago. Id go thereagain Read more

Let me start off by saying that I actually like the pizza here. My review is based on the customer service. Or should I say lack... the of. We couldn't get anyone to answer the phone for several attempts. The employees are less than kind. When we accidentallygot double charged, the person seemed bothered to have to correct it. This store has lost my business forever. Thank's for another pizza chain store just a block down the road. Out of 4 visits to... this store I was ignored completely twice so I walked back out and spend my money at another major pizza chain store (if theydon't want my money? Fine! We waited for over 30 minutes for CHEESE pizza. I understand that there are 3 other customers. But they should always have hot... and ready cheese pizza. Also they have terrible service in the drive thru. The staff will leave you hanging and ignore you! Read more
I love this place! Yes the pizza is more expensive than Domino's, but it is a far superior pizza.
