I asked for NO diced tomatoes on the nachos. They didn?t provide the pickle that I requested for the sandwich. The broccoli... tasted as if it was fresh out of the garden with NO seasoning. My sandwich was to have honey mustard, they put a drop, and Imean a drop in The middle of my bread. It was SO dry. The cookie was hard with no date marking. Safe to say I won?t bereturning. The lil guy who gave me my food was nice though. But that doesn?t make up for the $ I spent on my food. Read more
Very friendly staff!!! Extremely clean environment. The food was very good and well worth it. Not very busy at all. The only... down side is I was outside and waited for someone to refill my drink and she was great and all when bringing the food out butnever came back to check and see if I needed anything. They only get a 4 because the manager really didn't acknowledge that it was our first time and offered no suggestions. Horrible... service great sandwich. Wondering why I had a random avocado on the bottom of my plate but ok. Given steamed broccoli and notpotato salad but exchanged. Long wait times for dead restaurant with no customers. This is a great place. It just recently opened, and it has major potential. Business is booming and it gets crowded. The... atmosphere is just as fresh as their ingredients, and I had my favorite French Onion Soup I've ever had. The wait is worth itbecause you get quality food at a reasonable price. 10/10 no complaints! Read more
Good food as all McAlister's locations but this one has by far the worst service. We try to call ahead every time so food will... be ready when we arrive, phone is usually off the hook or just ignored even when there'ye not busy and no customers in store.Today we called 4X w no answer, when we arrived to place order in person heard 2 other calls go unanswered, zero customers inline being waited on. Waiting with a sick infant so trying to minimize wait time and time hanging out there, even with nocustomers waiting we sat for 25 minutes waiting on 2 half sandwiches and a potato and still had to ask status to get it baggedand ready to go.
