they have so much trouble with ringing up meal of the day and buy 1 get one for a dollar. they also say they no longer have any... size drink for a dollar. So we ordered the meal of the day which you can't upside that's 12 dollars plus tax. we were rung up abuy one get one for a dollar and 2 medium fries and drinks. that's 12.85 plus tax. I know that is under a dollar differenceHOWEVER if we would have ordered it that way ourselves we would have ordered 1 large fries and 2 large drinks but we couldn'tupsize the meal of the day and it was less money. BUT it wasn't because the way it was rung up cost nearly a dollar more. Theydid not care. told me I was being petty over some change. We are bringing our lunch from home from now on. life's hard enoughwithout being insulted at McDonald's. Read more

Horrible customer service and horrible wait time. This is not fast food at all. Customers aren?t able to go into the lobby at... any time of the day and the drive thru line is always longer than usual. You could expect for cold and the wrong food when goingto this McDonald?s. Also you will be greeted with attitude from the manager down to the employees. It?s convenient because it?snear my home but I will never eat here again. Read more
If is not a drive-thru forget it! A big structure and a very very bad service!!! 2 workers to take of a big drive-thru line and... if you need to make a pickup or if you want to buy something inside forget it, zero stars if possible! Upon entering , my wife and I stood in line for a good few minutes waiting for an employee to take our order. After realizing no... one was going to come to the counter, we begrudgingly ordered through the kiosk. My wife then went to the bathroom to find allthe stalls were dirty ,out of toilet paper and the floor so slick with grease that she almost slipped and fell. While waitingfor our food to be made, we witnessed the manager handle money ,wipe her nose and then without washing her hands ,pick the foodup off the line , place it in a customers bag and then hand it off. After all this, there was no ice in the drink machine . Uponasking for ice,the employee stated it would be a minute, because he would have to fill up all the Ice and went back to what hewas doing. So I was forced to ask the girl working the McCafe machine if she would mind giving us a small cup of ice. Themanager saw this and did absolutely nothing about it. Overall, I am displeased with the service I received. The lack ofhygeine , cleanliness, and general uncaring attitude from the employees almost made me leave. But our kiddo was in the car andshe's the reason we stopped in for breakfast in the first place. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the food wasdecent. Will not be back to this particular location in the future and will be contacting corporate. Read more
Dipped through the drive thru for a latte n sausage biscuit. I'd say I spent 10 to 12 minutes from the time I entered the line... til the time I pulled off from the drive thru. The young man taking orders was very polite. It's refreshing to experiencehospitality in an industry that seems to be out of tough with politeness. We need more of this.. Thanks! Apparently they haven't figured out how to alternate between the two lanes and those that waited their turn are left to sit... while those who cut line and and pulled into the 2nd line get waited on one after another. Sat in line at the menu for 10minutes after the person in front of me finally got his order taken then they took 3 cars in a row from the 2nd lane. Severalof us finally gave up and left. Sorry McDonalds you are not worth the aggravation or the time! Horrible location!! Read more
