Food looks pretty good, but if you need to do a mobile pickup, it is obvious they prioritize customers in the building. Pickup... times range from 20 to 30 minutes. Very rude staff?had me waiting over 30mins for a to go order when my order was behind the counter just sitting... there the whole time?and when I asked if that was my order, I was told no! I am a 64 year old unwell woman with both physical and mental conditions and me and my son got treated just deplorably yesterday... at this Panera Bread location. I don't want to say all details but all because I complained about my Cappuccino coffee beingmade just terrible, this worker with a very bad attitude towards me acts very put out that she had to remake my coffee. And sheremakes my coffee so boiling that it burnt the inside of my mouth. My son goes up to tell them and this other older woman workermakes a very hurtful, uncalled for remark he overheard. She declares to the other worker "They do this every time they comehere" and the thing is that was only our 2nd visit at that Panera Bread. They don't know how to properly make a Cappuccino andthey put way to much milk for the coffee to taste good and with no foam or barely any foam. So then my son goes to complain thethe manager and the manager comes over to talk with us. Well, to make a long story short the manager comes back over after someminutes and treats us just atrociously telling us we had to leave. And I asked if I could use the restroom and she says no. And I tell her I have overactive bladder and she still says no that I can't go use the restroom that we had to leave then andthere. I sit here feeling all the tremendous mental hurt from this terrible treatment by this manager and her 2 workers. Thisis one of the worst people experiences we've ever had and we've had tons of them. Both me and my son have been terribly upsetby the demeaning way we were treated. We feel like we were treated very differentially not to mention discriminatory. 1-26-22: Disappointed. Bought a Chicken Salad sandwich for a coworker and it barely had any chicken but lots of salad /lettuce.... Forgot to mention it had no flavor. Embarrassing! 3 years ago: Their food tastes great!!! My only complaint is that the breadon the sandwiches are paper thin, as thin as a straw. I have to remain gluten free and while I understand most Panera breads items could have cross contamination, usually their power... bowls are fine for me. I tell the person taking my order that I am gluten free and usually the person preparing my food willchange gloves and all is fine. Today, the girl taking my order seemed very confused about what GF was and when I asked not tohave the bread served on the side, she continued to say she would have it put on the side. I continued to say, NO, not at all.Needless to say, the food ended up being delicious and I had a mild reaction to the food--so who knows. The environment is likeany other Panera, mediocre. Read more
