I usually get a pizza once a week. I try a variety of places mostly PH and Doms....It was late and I decided on PJs. I ordered... on line an extra chees, extra sauce , Canadian bacon and onions pizza. When I picked it up and brought it home I noticedimmediately how bad this pizza was made , it was as if someone randomly threw ingredients on the pizza....the cheese waslacking, in fact there were patches of pizza where there was no cheese, no extra sauce and the onions were still raw!!!. And itwas $20 to boot!! I will NEVER EVER go here again. I could have gotten a better $4.99 frozen pizza. THIS pizza WAS HORRIBLE!!!!HANDS DOWN EASILY THE WORST PIZZA OF MY LIFE !!!!!!!!!!!!! The last pizza I received look like they were saving on ingredients and it was not very well put together and I would write it... as a five and a waste of $20 which disappoints me because I can walk across the street to pick up my pizza so I don?t have towait long when I order and I?m not paying all the delivery charges in what not I really wish I could find a way to get them toimprove what they do because when the pizza is prepared properly Papa John?s has a great product Read more
Seriously, the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The ingredients tasted freezerburned and devoid of flavor. This is the third time... I've tried Papa John's and felt like microwave pizza from a gas station would be an improvement. Read more
Wish I could give a ZERO rating. We are very regular customers of this Papa John's. After waiting 1 1/2 hours tonight (the... estimate was up to 52 minutes when I placed the order), I called the store. I was told Door Dash didn't pick up the pizza thathas been sitting there. Never received an apology, or acknowledgement that they should have called me (NOTE: it was after 10:00when I called them. When were they going to deliver? Midnight???). And the Papa John's Tracker showed the pizza was on the way.Now I have to scramble to find something for dinner. Thanks for nothing Papa John's. Read more
We normally order from here and have great service. Sadly to say one particular delivery driver demanded we pick our pizza up at... the leasing office during closed hours at that. We had no problem meeting him outside but the leasing office , since when ?Called up to the store and they had an attitude and kept telling us it?s the drivers decision.
