The food was great no complaints and the staff was on point with out any delays.

Everything was great, the staff was friendly and you could tell they have a good team working there.

The staff here is rude and disrespectful. We placed our order online and the order says pick up at counter. When I get there,... the staff tells us we have to get in line and go through drive-thru. We arrived at 7:50. They advertise closed at 11pm butthey still said we could not pick up at counter as advertised store front was closed though they advertise closing at 11pm. Alady in drive-thru was willing to pick up my order for me as it was prepaid but the manager came out of the store and is eagerto create drama with customers. That was not her business. However, They want to be rude. They rudely told the lady she couldnot do that! Tonight is 9/7/22 Wednesday night 7:40pm. It?s an awfully run location. We canceled our ordered and ordered froma different Popeyes. The Popeyes on Claiborne was store front open as advertised and functioning properly. They have awonderful staff who understand work!
