I have been to this Popeyes many times and they get my order wrong more often than not, but it is usually something like a... missing sauce so not a big deal. Today though after a long day I really wanted a blackened chicken sandwhich and so I drive overthere, pick it up, drive home, sit down to eat, and it is a fried chicken sandwhich. My receipt says blackened. They were notbusy. I ate it because I didn't feel like driving all the way back over there, but It can't be that hard to get a an order ofone sandwhich right. Worst service ever. Don?t even waste your time or money here. The woman working the driver thru window was racist and extremely... rude. However I did call and complain and spoke with the manager. Forgot literally half of my order. Left off tenders and red beans gave me two sweet tea's instead of one coke. Noticed when i... got home. Drove 10 minutes back to this location to ask for my tenders, red beans, and coke. They gave me the tenders and coke.I asked about the red beans. They said the red beans weren't on the receipt and they would not give them to me even though Iordered them. (I'm sure they would have forgotten them as well anyways) I asked for the red beans as a solution to me drivingback and forth 10 minutes each way again. I'm still waiting on my red beans. My son is a big fan of the Popeyes Spicy Chicken sandwich. He said this particular Metairie LA (NOLA area) was the best he?s... every had including extra Spicy sauce. Overall the store seemed clean including restrooms. There did seem to be some activerenovations taking place so I won?t doc them on points. Marquee sign among things needing replaced/repaired. Went on April 7th, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. It was for my Sister's young son, so I tried to cut it in half. When I... finally sawed it apart, it had quite a few bones!
